Perched atop a 25 foot elevated dune at the most private western corner of Long Bay beach, the Dune Villas enjoy 107' of frontage over approximate 0.7 acre sites. The six-bedroom three story Villa spans an expansive 8,171 sq. ft. of covered area (and 13,169 total sq. ft.) on its directly beachfront position on the western end of Long Bay beach’s pristine beach. All beachfront bedrooms provide the ultimate in open and contemporary Caribbean living from their 82’ wide vantage over Long Bay beach and oceanfront, offering some of the finest views over the Caicos Banks.

Located within the boat lover’s haven of South Bank, a residential resort and marina community in development along 2,200 feet of beach and oceanfront, only three beachfront offerings remain in the Ocean Estate.

The Dune Villa layout maximizes the beach frontage, valuing privacy and unencumbered beachfront views from living areas and bedroom suites. The design integrates into the landscape by stepping away on approach & cascading down to the beach. Outdoor living space has been considered in the design and provided for on both north and south elevations by providing timber shading structures off of the living area to provide a variety of seating areas to be enjoyed at any given time of day.

Upon entry, which is provided below the dune level to maintain the elevation from the second and third levels, a reflection pond mirrors the vibrant landscape, indigenous & gently manicured greens greet the eye. Two multi-use spaces are available on the first level, which can be converted into a games room, office or guest apartment. Access to the utility/prep kitchen is provided via an elevator and stairwell to the upper levels.

The main level is comprised of a 57’ wide living, dining & kitchen area bounded on both elevations by outdoor terraces. A tranquil elevated terrace sits on the north elevation directly off of the living room, shaded by framed timber pergolas & foliage, distinct from the neighbouring private master suite terrace. On the south side, the approx. 62-foot wide, L- shaped pool is easily accessible from the main living/dining area as well as main level master bedroom suite. A covered dining area with outdoor kitchen, opportune for everyday open-air dining & entertaining, sits directly alongside the pool.

The upper level provides two spacious oceanfront master bedroom suites & two guest bedrooms, all with private partially covered terraces that provide ample space for lounging and unencumbered vistas over the Caicos Banks.
